Direction for Use : Add IHP Iyengar’s Puliogare Masala to cooked rice and a tea spoon of oil. Mix well and serve. 100gms of IHP Iyengars Puliogare masala can be used with 750grams of cooked rice/millet rice.
Ingredients: Tamarind, Dry Coconut, Pepper, Jeera, Groundnut, Dry Chilli, Mustard, Jaggery, Methi, Coriander seeds, Gram dal, Urid dal, Om seeds, asafoetida(hing), Curry leaves, Turmeric, Vegetable Oil, Black Till, Salt.
