Description
Ingredients: Foxtail millet flour, sorghum flour, finger millet flour, little millet flour, pearl millet flour, barnyard millet flour, black gram flour, rice flour, salt, cooking soda, and acidity regulator (E296).
How to use
Take 1 cup of dosa mix and 1/2 cup of water.
Mix well and keep for 5 minutes.
Pour the batter onto a hot pan over medium flame.
Add one spoon of oil around the edges of the dosa and roast until it turns golden brown.
Serve with chutney and bhaji
