Description
Millet Biryani – A wholesome twist on traditional biryani, made with nutrient-rich millets, fresh vegetables, and aromatic spices. Healthy and flavorful.
Ingredients: Roasted Kodo millet, cumin seeds (jeera), vegetable oil, mustard seeds, black pepper, red chilli powder, fresh ginger, curry leaves, salt, turmeric powder, bay leaf, cardamom, star anise, clove, mace, lemon seasoning, fenugreek, black gram, and Bengal gram.
How to use:
Take 1 cup of biryani mix.
Mix with 3 and half cup of water.
Boil the water add 1 table spoon ghee and add the mix.
Serve hot with raita.
