Description
Ingredients: Proso millet, foxtail millet, besan, chili powder, salt, turmeric, cumin (jeera), citric acid (INS 330), soda, and hing.
How to use
Take 1 cup of bajji or pakoda mix.
Mix with 180ml of water and keep for 5 minutes.
Dip long whole green chillies or cut onion.
Fry in the hot oil.
Serve with chilli sauce.
