Provide Your Supplier Details
To register as a supplier, complete the New Supplier pro-forma with all necessary bank and supplier information. Separate forms are required for each currency preference.
Format Your Invoice(s)
All invoices must adhere to our template and include a unique invoice number. Clearly state any currency preferences if diff erent from the invoice.
Submit Your Invoice(s)
PDF invoices should be sent to HB.Onefinance.Apinvoices@hashtagbharat.com. Postal submissions can be sent to Accounts Payable, Finance Division, Hashtag Bharat Limited, [Address]

Stock Maintenance
The minimum SKU is 25 with no maximum limit. Out of stock products must be replenished within a week or they will be replaced with other stock

IndiaInaBag.com and many sellers on the platform allow returns within 14 days of delivery receipt. This page outlines our return policies. Although most items follow our general return guidelines, some may have specific requirements.
This Returns Policy applies to items ordered at www.indiainabag.com under a contract with Hashtag Bharat Limited or third-party sellers (Concessionaire Brands). "We," "us," or "our" refer to either the relevant Concessionaire Brand or IndiaInaBag, depending on the contract's nature.
Refunds for products shipped by IndiaInaBag or Concessionaire Brands are issued within a maximum of 14 days, confirmed by automated email, and typically visible in bank accounts or credit card statements within 7 business days. Occasionally, this timeframe may extend.
Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed. You will be responsible for paying return postage which is non-refundable unless goods are faulty.
You've got 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. If you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition please head over to our Contact Us section so we can get this fixed for you.
Our goal at IndiaInaBag is a positive shopping experience; however, you have the right to cancel purchases of most items within 14 days.
Please be aware that you must return each item in the same condition as you received it. This implies that new items should be returned unused and without any damage. All returns undergo a quality check—items must be sent back in their original, unused state with labels and tags attached and, where possible, in the original packaging. Refunds will not be issued if the returns do not adhere to our policy.
The same exclusions apply to our Returns Guarantee as to the right of withdrawal. Therefore, the following products cannot be returned under the Returns Guarantee unless they are defective:
1.Products unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or those inseparably mixed with other items post-delivery;
2.Sealed audio or video recordings or software that, once unsealed after delivery, are not eligible for return;
3.Goods custom-made to your specifications or clearly personalised, particularly bespoke Handmade items;
4.Items prone to rapid deterioration or expiration;
5.Services fully performed by the supplier, where you agreed at order placement that delivery could start immediately, and acknowledged that cancellation would be impossible once delivery commenced;
6.Digital content (such as apps, digital software, eBooks, MP3s, etc.) not provided on a physical medium (e.g., CD or DVD), where you consented at the time of purchase that delivery could begin immediately, thus waiving the right to cancel once delivery started. Refunds may be denied if an eBook is partially read or in cases of misuse.
7.Newspapers, journals, or magazines, excluding subscription contracts;
8.Alcoholic beverages whose value fluctuates based on market conditions beyond the supplier's control.
Return the item directly to the Concessionaire Brand using their returns process. Follow the instructions on the delivery note included in your parcel.
Please note a one off return fee of £1.99 will be deducted from your refund amount for each return
You will receive a confirmation email once the Concessionaire Brand has received your parcel and a refund has been processed by the Concessionaire Brand.
In the event of a single order consisting of multiple items in which items are delivered by multiple of our Concession Partners, a £1.99 fee will be charged per partner. A one off fee of £1.99 will be charged by IndiainaBag for any concession items (regardless of the number of parcels or number of partners you are returning to)
Unfortunately we don't off er an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.
